The Home Manager, Marlene May, has managed the home for over 15 years and, together with her committed team of carers and ancillary staff, the comfort and wellbeing of the residents is always the top priority.

To provide a comfortable and satisfying lifestyle the home is arranged with the most modern facilities, namely:
Highbeech's excellent chef provides an varied, nutritional and enticing choice of meals throughout the day where individual preferences are taken into account and special diets catered for at all times.
The home is frequently visited by hairdressers, dentists, chiropodists and opticians, with all residents able to access these services at a modest additional cost and at a time to suit.
Visitors are always welcome at any time although we do ask that meal times are avoided when possible as the home is very busy at these times and we like to retain the dignity of all residents that need assistance with feeding. We respectfully request that all visitors leave the home by 10.30pm each evening although these times are flexible upon request.
The home caters for a wide range of physical and mental needs with qualified and experienced care staff on duty 24 hours a day. Individual care programmes are developed in conjunction with the Service Users and their families, to promote maximum physical and mental well being. The home prides itself on its excellent reputation in the market and exceptional standards of care are provided at all times.
Service Users are able to retain their own GPs if they wish; otherwise, they can transfer to our Doctor who visits the home on a regular basis.
The home caters for all faiths and religious services are held in the home on a regular basis with visits by ministers being arranged if required.
All meals within the home are provided by our in-house chefs who ensure the provision of fresh home-cooked nutritional meals for the pleasure of our residents.
Our daily timetable looks like this:
