Home Care Services

One to One

One to One is the domiciliary care division of Titleworth Healthcare Ltd providing homecare and telephone support services to local people living at home.

The directors and management of the company are qualified professionals committed to acting in accordance with the highest ethics of personal and business behaviour. The company is accountable to its Service Users whose well being and best interests are always of paramount importance. The management is dedicated to the provision of an efficient, reliable and high quality care service, delivered by a well trained, happy, responsible and conscientious team of staff who are content with their working conditions and work. The quality of our care is recognised throughout the local community and careful management and training of all our staff ensures that our exceptional standards of care are present at all times.

We offer a wide range of services that include personal care (washing, toileting, dressing and oral hygiene), palliative care (care of the terminally ill), night sits, sleepovers and relief care (a service that allows the service user’s main carer to be away from the home environment for a short or long period of time). Although predominantly a care provider, we also carry out the more domestic tasks such as light housework, shopping and pension collection where appropriate. A gardening service is available upon request.

Aims and Objectives

  • To provide people in their own homes with the highest standard of help and assistance.
  • To do so in the manner best suited for our Service Users and their carers.
  • To be "User centred" and directed towards the specific needs of each Service User in their individual situations.
  • To promote and maintain an exceptional level of standards and care.
  • To correctly assess the level of care needed and determine the most appropriate way in which that care can be provided.

Our Homecare Assistants

All staff are CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) and POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults) checked. Each and every member of staff undertakes a comprehensive induction and foundation training scheme with training being compulsory, and consisting of eight individually designed modules. Upon completion of this course, the process of NVQ 2 commences and the company employs its own team of internal verifiers and assessors together with our own training manager and "Moving and Handling" advisors. The company can internally assess up to Level 3 NVQ and for Level 4, external Assessors are employed.

How it's Done

Care does not stop at 5pm, weekends or on holidays. Our phones are manned up to 10.30pm. During the period of 10.30pm to 07.00 am, a voice mail service is available to help Service Users get the support they need. If we cannot respond immediately, we will arrange an appropriate response as soon as possible.

Staff visiting Service Users in their own homes will do so on days and times as and when required and previously agreed. All tasks are agreed beforehand, and the company employs a monitoring officer to ensure that the standards and high levels of care are undertaken at all times by all of our staff.

Your Assurance of Quality

One to One Nursing and Care Services is registered with Social Services and works closely with them at all times. The company requires the highest standards of behaviour from all staff and all operations are conducted according to nationally agreed policies and procedures. The company is also subject to annual inspection from the CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection).
