For those local people who need help with daily activities but are well enough to remain at home, Titleworth One to One provides round the clock home care and telephone support services to help maintain their independence. As with our residential services, One to One care standards are extremely high, with a core staff who are highly qualified and experienced, as well as being friendly and approachable.
Our services include personal care (washing, toileting, dressing and oral hygiene), palliative care (care of the terminally ill), night sits, sleepovers and relief care (allowing the service user’s main carer to be away), and we can also carry out light housework, shopping and pension collection.
