Titleworth’s five Galleon Care Homes are designed to inspire peace of mind, for both our residents and their families. This means not only comfortable and homely surroundings with modern facilities, but a network of dedicated and highly trained staff who collaborate with residents to maintain a level of excellence in all areas of 24 hour care.
Those staying with us range from elderly residents who need basic support with day to day living, those with Alzheimer’s or dementia who require more specialist care, and young adults who are physically disabled or have learning disabilities. We offer both long-term residency and respite care.
