The values we hold as a company are based on the assertion that everyone we support is an individual, with the absolute right to make their own life choices, and follow their own set of beliefs, opinions and cultural values. We work hard to make the daily lives of our residents and service users as independent and comfortable as possible, helping each individual to develop and achieve personal goals while always respecting their right to dignity and personal space.
The programmes of physical and emotional care we develop are in conjunction with both service users and their families, and are regularly reviewed in order that they can evolve with changing needs. Our care is tailor-made; a ‘one size fits all’ approach is totally inappropriate when dealing with people with such diverse histories and ages, as well as hugely varying emotional and physical needs.
Our staff are simply required to treat all those in their care as they themselves would wish to be treated, working as a team in supporting one another to ensure that the core values of the company are upheld at all times.
