Founded in 1979 and now employing over 200 staff, Titleworth Holdings is one of the UK’s finest care home companies, providing exceptional levels of care across the South East through award-winning Residential Homes and Domiciliary Care Services.

Titleworth Holdings comprises of three companies, each offering service users unique and bespoke care to cater for their various requirements. All our services are person-focused so that programmes of care and rehabilitation are tailored to individual needs, supported with state of the art facilities and the highest standards of accommodation and expertise.
Titleworth provides:
- Galleon Care Homes – residential accommodation of an extremely high standard for the elderly, those suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia and related conditions, as well as adults with learning or physical disabilities
- Titleworth One to One – for those who are well enough to stay in their homes, but who need help with day to day activities and personal care
- Titleworth Neuro – residential rehabilitation for those with traumatic brain injuries, offering programmes of specialist therapy and support
Management
The Titleworth Group of Companies is headed by Julien Payne. Julien ensures that the passion for consistently high levels of care is offered to all Titleworth clients, as well as consultation to other providers in the sector.
In 2007 Titleworth celebrated 30 years of providing award-winning care services which are reowned for excellence within the industry.
The Board now includes:
- Steve Winter – an experienced care provider with 20 years’ history of working in the care sector at various levels
- Suzanne Newnes-Smith – a committed and experienced Financial Accountant
- Mervyn Spencer – an experienced and established businessman with a history of building and mentoring Management Boards.
